I started this drawing on New Years Eve, and am just now getting around to uploading it because...well, because I love the original lineart and concept so much more than what I have now.

I'm going to change the file later to one where he's submerged in water. I'll do that just as soon as I can figure out how to suitably do that without destroying what I love about what I have now.

Georgie FTW. Plox to note the paper boat floating in his balloon.

Aww, I like this. ;w; I think the reason it looks like he's having to hold the balloon up if because his feet are flat? o-o That just kind of gives off that impression. xD The balloon does look like it's being dragged through the water. >w< I hope to see the finished version!
